SHIPPING POLICY
THERE IS A CURRENT ONGOING STRIKE BY CANADA POST WHICH IS AFFECTING ALL SHIPPING. PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR UPDATES ON THIS SITUATION. AS A RESULT, WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP ANY PRODUCTS WITHIN CANADA UNTIL THIS IS RECTIFIED.
We ship in Canada and International. All orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours Mondays to Fridays. All orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday or Tuesday. Shipping costs are extra and will be calculated at the time of placing an order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable as these costs are deducted by the carrier. USA duties or brokerage fees charged are the responsibility of the customer. Any FREE SHIPPING promotions are valid for Canada only. The amount used to calculate this promotion does not include discounts or taxes.

REFUND POLICY
There are absolutely no refunds offered in hair services rendered. If there is a problem with the service, please kindly call the salon at 604-438-4550 or email alarahairsolutions@gmail.com and we will do everything possible to rectify any issues that may occur.
RETURN POLICY
We will gladly refund or replace any orders within 30 days if it is a mistake on our part or due to fulfillment issues. We do not offer refunds on human hair extensions or products.
All returns must be authorized by us prior to shipping back. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless it is our fault.
